Specializing in social-emotional skills development, I support adolescents and young adults through key life transitions, helping them move forward with more motivation, autonomy, and calm.
Sessions are offered in-person and online, in Switzerland and internationally.
Why social-emotional skills matter
Between ages 15 and 20, life choices intensify: orientation, studies, identity, and pressure all come into play.
Developing social-emotional skills helps teens to:
- strengthen self-confidence
- manage emotions and stress effectively
- clarify academic or career direction
- make thoughtful decisions
- move forward with confidence and purpose
- develop a broader perspective on the world
For Teens (15–20)
Do you want to...
... get to know yourself better and understand what really matters to you?
... feel more confident in your school or career choices?
... find your path without feeling overwhelmed by pressure?
... manage stress, emotions, or doubts more effectively?
... gain motivation and clarity for your future?
... make choices that truly reflect who you are?
Coaching helps you take steps forward, at your own pace.
For Parents
Do you want to support your child in ...
... building strong self-confidence?
... handling emotions and stress in a healthy way?
... finding motivation and staying engaged in their studies or projects?
... clarifying their educational or career path?
... making thoughtful and responsible choices?
... gaining independence while still feeling supported?
... navigating this pivotal stage with more calm and confidence?
Coaching provides a neutral, structured, and supportive space for your teen.
How I Work With Teens and Families
Every teen is unique. My approach combines:
Individual Sessions: A private space for listening and reflection, to clarify situations, identify strengths, and take concrete steps toward goals.
Workshops: Regular, one-off, or customized workshops that focus on building social and emotional skills, managing stress, and making brave choices. (See the news section for upcoming workshops)
In-person sessions are available for families in Delémont and the surrounding Jura region. Online sessions are offered throughout Switzerland, France, and internationally, providing flexibility and continuity no matter where you are.
(See the “Learn More” tab for details on the methods I use.)

Caroline Bouvet de Maisonneuve
I’m a mother of three daughters and bilingual in French and English, based in Delémont. After working on three continents, I’ve developed a broad cultural perspective and a deep appreciation for diverse talents and life paths.
A former volcanologist and teacher for over fifteen years, I’ve guided many young adults through career decisions, doubts, and life transitions—at an age when it’s about both shaping a professional future and finding your place in the world.
Today, as a coach trained in NLP, hypnosis, and aromatherapy, I continue this work by helping teens and adults develop psychosocial skills, so they can take charge of their lives with confidence.
I’m committed to providing a safe space of listening, clarity, and momentum, where every transition becomes an opportunity to grow.

My approaches
Taking the time to listen, grow with confidence, understand emotions, and find your place in the world.
Psychosocial skills
Psychosocial skills are practical tools that help people face everyday challenges, manage emotions, communicate effectively, and build self-confidence. They promote well-being, resilience, and independence — essential resources during adolescence.
I use the below approaches to enable teens and young adults develop these skills.
Coaching
It is to accompany change, with kindness and attentive listening, without expectation, judgment, or advice. The coach does not have a magic wand, nor an obligation of result. But he has an obligation of means, that is to say, he commits to fully engage in the process of his clients and shares tools to help them meet their challenges and achieve their dreams.
NLP
It is not therapy, we do not investigate past wounds. We work with the present to build the desired future.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (or NLP) refers to a set of methods or techniques that allows you to explore your instinctive reactions and consciously adapt your response to the world. Developed by John Grinder and Richard Bandler, the approach consists of changing your automatisms (your initial programming) and reprogramming yourself through protocols that involve the use of language (Neuro-Linguistics). It is very effective, among other things, for mental preparation, defining and achieving goals, or re-evaluating limiting beliefs.
Ericksonian Hypnosis
Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness (although common in everyday life) in which one can access their unconscious personal resources. In this state of consciousness, it is possible to dialogue with your unconscious and thus eliminate blockages, better understand the underlying reasons for a behavior, or simply boost your confidence. Ericksonian Hypnosis, that is to say, according to Milton Erickson's method, is 'suggestive', based on the principle that the person being accompanied is the most capable of finding solutions to their problems. Hypnosis and NLP are often intrinsically linked.
Enneagram
The Enneagram is a powerful tool for self-knowledge. This system, based on nine distinct character structures, is designed to reveal how you operate both personally and professionally. It helps you become aware of your strengths, the situations that challenge you, and the defense mechanisms you rely on. Finding your enneatype is a process in itself. The journey begins with an interview, after which you can continue to explore it on your own or incorporate it into a continuous coaching program.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the art of using Essential Oils for the harmonization of physical and mental health. By diffusion, by olfaction at the cap, in massage, or in a bath, essential oils help to regain calm, serenity, confidence, courage, strength, or energy. They are therefore a good complement and a wonderful support to rely on, for example in case of stress, anxiety, anguish, or insomnia.
Useful information
A session lasts about 1 hour, depending on its progress (allow 1h15 in your schedule). It costs 100 CHF. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance or the session will be charged in full.
Coaching is a process. In just a few sessions you will see results, and it is rare that more than ten sessions are necessary.
