... to define and achieve your personal or professional goals

... to take control of your life and increase serenity.
Mother of 3 daughters, I am bilingual French-English and currently live in Delémont. I have lived and worked on three continents before settling in Switzerland. This international and family experience makes me open to many cultures and aware of the great richness in individuals.
Former volcanologist, I have over fifteen years of experience in teaching, research, and team management at the University. There, I encountered the importance of guiding others in finding their path (and place) in the professional world, at an age when so many other aspects of life must also find their place and meaning. I was happy to accompany many young people in becoming and hope to have provided them with something to take a few more steps towards their dreams or desires. My wish in choosing this profession was to contribute to a more resilient world in harmony with the Earth. As a coach, I am even more able to do so because I can accompany each person in their individuality with better presence and well-adapted tools.
I am delighted to help you sculpt your life into a realization that suits you.

Take the time to listen to yourself, give yourself the opportunity to achieve your goals.
Coaching
It is to accompany change, with kindness and attentive listening, without expectation, judgment, or advice. The coach does not have a magic wand, nor an obligation of result. But he has an obligation of means, that is to say, he commits to fully engage in the process of his clients and shares tools to help them meet their challenges and achieve their dreams.
NLP
It is not therapy, we do not investigate past wounds. We work with the present to build the desired future.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (or NLP) refers to a set of methods or techniques that allows you to explore your instinctive reactions and consciously adapt your response to the world. Developed by John Grinder and Richard Bandler, the approach consists of changing your automatisms (your initial programming) and reprogramming yourself through protocols that involve the use of language (Neuro-Linguistics). It is very effective, among other things, for mental preparation, defining and achieving goals, or re-evaluating limiting beliefs.
Ericksonian Hypnosis
Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness (although common in everyday life) in which one can access their unconscious personal resources. In this state of consciousness, it is possible to dialogue with your unconscious and thus eliminate blockages, better understand the underlying reasons for a behavior, or simply boost your confidence. Ericksonian Hypnosis, that is to say, according to Milton Erickson's method, is 'suggestive', based on the principle that the person being accompanied is the most capable of finding solutions to their problems. Hypnosis and NLP are often intrinsically linked.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the art of using Essential Oils for the harmonization of physical and mental health. By diffusion, by olfaction at the cap, in massage, or in a bath, essential oils help to regain calm, serenity, confidence, courage, strength, or energy. They are therefore a good complement and a wonderful support to rely on, for example in case of stress, anxiety, anguish, or insomnia.
Currently, I welcome every day from 11 am to 1:30 pm and from 5:30 pm to 8 pm.
A session lasts about 1 hour, depending on its progress (allow 1h15 in your schedule). It costs 100 CHF. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance or the session will be charged in full.
Coaching is a process. In just a few sessions you will see results, and it is rare that more than ten sessions are necessary.
